We feel so lucky to have found these guys after being massively let down by our previous local  installers/ engineers. Despite living at the other end of the country to us, they have visited us on site to service our boiler and repair a fault, charging us a discounted rate as we were flexible with our dates and fitted in with their other visits in our area .
They have been so supportive recently with an ongoing fault with our boiler and maintained ongoing advice over the telephone at no cost to us ! They are so knowledgeable about the HDG boilers and immediately instilled a sense of confidence in their work, they are professional and are really nice guys.
We would not hesitate to recommend their company and only wish we had found them earlier. They have restored our faith in human beings after the problems with our previous engineers . First class customer service.
