These are formed by passing through a chipping machine, which turns them into 30mm pieces, also known as G30.<\/p>\n<p>The wood should be well seasoned, with a moisture content lower than 30% before being chipped.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr style=\"clear: both;\" \/>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #42a800;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-221 size-thumbnail alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/advancedbiomass.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/wood-pellets-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Wood pellets\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Wood Pellets<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Typically 6mm in diameter processed from wood chip and sawdust.<\/p>\n<p>Pellets are extremely dense and can be produced with a low moisture content (below 10%) that allows them to be burned with a very high combustion efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Pellets that are ENplus A1 certified and BSL accredited \u00a0meet the criteria for Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) approval.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Biomass is a sustainable renewable fuel produced from organic material.
